Jinu Thomas – Managing Partner


Jinu Thomas is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience leading strategy and marketing teams in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors. His expertise spans strategic planning, marketing campaigns, market share growth, customer insights, digital marketing, and overall business expansion in fast-paced technology environments. Jinu has impacted Fortune 500 companies such as Novartis, Johnson & Johnson, IBM, Bayer, General Motors, Novo Nordisk, Sumitomo Pharma, and Mitsubishi Tanabe, and he has successfully led marketing teams for billion-dollar global brands. Following his Executive Marketing certification from the Wharton School of Business, he launched Rethink Creative—a strategy-first creative agency that has served over 70 clients in just 7 years.

With a strong analytical foundation from his engineering background and an Executive MBA, Jinu moved to Florida in 2023 after earning a micro-MBA in healthcare at Rutgers University.

In 2024, Jinu launched Renaissance Limos with a partner, Asad Sadiq. Jinu is an Owner, Partner, and Advisor on Strategy, Marketing, and Operations for Renaissance Limos—a new passion that allows him to bring his extensive expertise to the transportation industry and further his commitment to innovative business solutions and exceptional customer experiences. Additionally, in 2024, he launched Blink Agency, where he continues to serve as CEO, Brand Strategist & Owner, dedicated to helping healthcare organizations, medical practices, small businesses, and nonprofits elevate their brand’s reach and achieve sustainable growth.

Jinu and his wife Ann, a physician, are passionate about supporting non-profit organizations worldwide, providing medicine and healthcare to women and children. He is excited to make a meaningful impact on your company, organization, or small business as a dedicated brand strategist and marketer.

Madeline Jack – Chief Client & Operations Officer


Madeline Jack is a highly accomplished executive with deep expertise in strategy, operations, and client success, complemented by a strong background in marketing and leadership. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s in Executive Leadership, she has successfully navigated both nonprofit and for-profit sectors, building a well-rounded career marked by leadership excellence and transformational growth.

As Chief Client & Operations Officer at both Renaissance Limos and its sister company, Blink Agency, Madeline plays a pivotal role in overseeing company operations, ensuring an exceptional client experience, and leading dispatching efforts. She is responsible for streamlining operations across both companies, integrating client-centric strategies to drive growth, enhance service quality, and improve internal processes. By focusing on operational efficiency and fostering seamless communication between teams, Madeline ensures that each client receives unparalleled service and that the companies are positioned for continued success in a competitive market.

In her dual role, Madeline is instrumental in developing and executing strategies that promote efficiency, innovation, and customer satisfaction. She excels at identifying opportunities for operational improvements and implementing effective solutions, all while maintaining a keen focus on aligning the company’s vision with the needs of its clients. Her leadership approach combines strategic vision with tactical execution, enabling Renaissance Limos and Blink Agency to grow and thrive in a fast-paced industry.

Prior to her current roles, Madeline served as Director of Strategy and Operations at a strategic consulting firm, where she led both internal and external projects with a focus on growth and development. She is known for her ability to drive impactful initiatives and create sustainable strategies that foster long-term success.

Outside of her professional life, Madeline is deeply committed to giving back to her community. She currently serves as a Board Member of Women in Development, where she advocates for women’s leadership and professional development. In her free time, Madeline enjoys tackling DIY home projects, volunteering, and spending time with her husband and their Collie rescue.

Asad Sadiq – Silent Partner


With a deep-rooted passion for numbers, technology, and marketing, Asad Sadiq has built a distinguished career in retail property management. Since July 2021, he has served as the General Manager of The Mall at Wellington Green, a premier 1.2 million-square-foot shopping destination featuring over 160 retail stores, dining establishments, and entertainment outlets. Under his leadership, the mall continues to thrive as a dynamic hub for commerce and community engagement. A Chicago native and eldest of three, Asad’s early work ethic was shaped by his upbringing in a hardworking family and his father’s operation of a limousine business. While pursuing his bachelor’s degree in finance and commerce at DePaul University, he worked as a chauffeur to finance his education, an experience that instilled a profound appreciation for customer service—a value that remains integral to his professional journey.

In addition to his role at Wellington Green, Asad is a Silent Partner and Advisor to Renaissance Limos. In this capacity, he leverages his extensive background and firsthand experience in the transportation industry to advise on operations, driver training, and overall service excellence. His strategic insight and commitment to quality help guide Renaissance Limos toward innovative solutions and improved operational efficiency. Beyond his professional accomplishments, Asad remains an active community leader, mentoring young men through the Switch program at Life.Church and participating in humanitarian initiatives with Gateway of Hope.
